Hotel website data

Powlin publicly accesses your hotel website for analysis. We do not collect personal data from your guests.

Usage data

We log how you use Powlin (pages visited, features used) to improve the service.

Payment data

Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not directly store your credit card details.

Powlin uses cookies to:

• Analyze platform usage with Brevo and Google Analytics (analytics cookies)

International transfers

• Brevo (France): data is stored and processed mainly within the European Union. However, in certain cases, Brevo may rely on subprocessors located outside the EEA, always ensuring GDPR compliance through the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Google Analytics (United States): may involve data transfers to the U.S. These transfers are carried out under the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and, where applicable, under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
